After your order, your package will be carefully packed. We ship the packages together with our transport partner PostNL. After receiving the order, we will always send the package within 48 hours on working days. After sending your package, you will receive a track & trace code via PostNL. This allows you to see when your package will be delivered.

Shipping costs are free from €40,00. For smaller orders, €5,95 for shipping costs will be added to the total amount.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Flowerbulbs Amsterdam. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Follow the steps below to complete your return:

  • Register a return: click here to register your return.
  • Shipping costs: The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense and amount to €5,95.
  • Shipping: Make sure you package the product properly and use the return label you created via the link above. Then take the package to the nearest PostNL point.

As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation from us. The purchase amount will then be refunded to your account as soon as possible.
